Unlike mass-produced or decorative kukris on the market, this blade is forged by hand with 5160 high grade carbon steel sourced from recycled leaf springs-which is used in buses, trucks or cars. It’s hardened to 58–60 HRC,  carefully tempered and meticulously balanced for strength, durability, and edge retention. If you’re looking at cheap kukris or knife, be cautious: many are display-only pieces made from inferior materials.  We don’t sell junk. Blade:- 20 inches, made of 5160 high grade carbon steel (leaf spring)

Handle:- 10 inches or (25.4 Centimeter), made of Rosewood, full tang

Blade thickness (spine):- Approx. 0.6 to 0.7 centimeter or (6 to 7 Millimeter)

Edge hardness:- Edge hardened to 58–60 HRC for superior edge retention

Scabbard:- Handmade from cottonwood and wrapped in genuine buffalo leather

Care and maintenance:-

•  This is a sharp tool, always use proper caution and protective gear. 
• Apply light motor oil or blade lubricant monthly or after use
• Avoid touching the blade with bare fingers after oiling
• For storage, oil thoroughly, wrap in plastic (airtight), and store outside the scabbard
• Keep dry and at room temperature
• Clean regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt or residue
• Keep out of reach of children, handle with care-this is a sharp tool, not a toy.
